birch + bloom offers seasonal planter pots for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. we can fill your existing planter(s) or help you choose a new one. subscribe to receive custom arrangements every season (or less), it's up to you.

3 install

we install your custom planter pot(s) onsite. birch + bloom is environmentally conscious, we will remove & compost the contents of the previous season's planter(s) and replace it with fresh soil, live plants and beautiful flowers.
